Prosciutto Wrapped Burgundy Olives

   
20   1/2” strips of Prosciutto
20   Small pieces of Parmesan cheese, cut to fit into the olive
20   Burgundy Olives ™
 
For Garnish:
1.   Basil chiffonade
2.   Extra virgin olive oil
 
To Prepare:
1.   Stuff Parmesan pieces in olive.
2.   Wrap with prosciutto.
3.   Drizzle with olive oil.
3.   Sprinkle with chiffonade of basil.
