Burgundy Olive Salsa Cruda
1 cup
Tomatoes, 1/4” dice
1/2 tsp
Garlic, minced
1/8 tsp
Salt
1 cup
Burgundy Olives ™, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp
Lime juice
1/2 cup
Red onion, minced
1/2
Serrano pepper, minced
2 tbsp
Chopped cilantro
To Prepare:
1.
Place olives in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
2.
In a medium bowl, combine olives with remaining ingredients.
3.
Serve with tortilla chips.
