			To Prepare:
			1.		Skewer olives on celery.
			2.		Serve with breadsticks in pint glass with dipping olive oil.

			Options:
			1.		Substitute rosemary sprigs or green onion for the celery. Use as a plate garnish or to garnish cocktails.
