GLOBAL SUPPLY MANAGER
Description:
Global Supply Manager: Musco Family Olive Co. seeks a Global Supply Manager for its Tracy Office. The position requires Bachelor’s degree in an Agricultural Engineering or related field plus 5 year’s progressive experience. Duties include the following: Identify, develop, and manage international raw product and the finished goods procurement and supply requirements in order to meet quality, delivery, responsiveness, and other cost metrics. Identify, evaluate, and qualify strategic sources of Co-Manufactured goods and/or Strategic Alliances in finished goods from, bulk or semi-finished state, including negotiating and project management. Exposure to mechanical harvesting technologies of table olives; advising growers on optimum cultural practices; grower relations. Position performs all vital functions in a manner that is technically innovative, economically successful and strategically oriented. Position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; performs a variety of tasks; and works under limited supervision. Creativity and latitude is required.
