Salsa Cruda from Musco Olives

Salsa Cruda

Serves 4-6

1 cup tomatoes, 1/4" dice
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup coarsely chopped Pearls or Early California Olives
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/2 Serrano pepper, minced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

To Prepare:

1. Place olives in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
2. In a medium bowl, combine olives with remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
