Maintenance Supervisor

Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Plant's Maintenance Manager and assists him in supervising a team of maintenance personnel and directing their daily work activities to ensure maximum operational effectiveness is realized for the entire operation. This position primarily functions within the areas of Maintenance Management, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Maintenance Repair Operation Supplies (MRO), and Manufacturing Process and Equipment Reliability. The position also fully supports the Plant's Capital Projects, Safety Management Program, and Good Manufacturing Practices aligned with the FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (SQF, AIB, BRC). A balanced leader with strong technical skills who understands and embraces the maintenance staff's mission of fully supporting a large, fast-paced, high-volume food production facility; hands-on experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical automation and control systems. Supervisory experience managing teams and leveraging member's technical skills and knowledge to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and implement technological advancements. The candidate must also possess a high level of emotional intelligence to build critical win-win relationships with maintenance technicians, engineers, other department managers, and MRO vendors.

Sanitation/Operations Supervisor

Description:
Sanitation/Operations Supervisor cleans and supervises the cleaning of equipment, holding tanks, floors, empty bins and water pipes by performing the following duties. Under the direction of Director of Quality, directs day-to-day activities of the Sanitation department employees.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Sales – Foodservice will be responsible for business development and execution of foodservice sales, together with expanding sales nationally through a broker network. Develop partnerships with key accounts to effectively maintain relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive growth through diligent account management and productive business planning and reviews. Within assigned customers, this role will also manage broker activities in support of sales objectives. Successful broker management of these accounts is demonstrated by meeting sales objectives, developing contact rapport with customer headquarters and outlets, identifying and developing customer partnerships and efficiencies, joint planning, presentation development and execution, and developing and executing strategic initiatives for account growth.
