Ingredients

1/2 lb. thick-cut bacon slices

2 - 6.0 oz. cans PEARLS Pitted Black Olives

1/2 head iceberg or butter lettuce

1/2 cup grape tomatoes or about 36 mini tomatoes

36 4-inch large toothpicks or cocktail skewers

Cooking Instructions

Cook bacon until almost crispy (it needs to remain slightly soft for skewering). Drain and cut into one inch segments. Cut lettuce into half-inch squares.

To assemble, fold a piece of bacon in half and skewer it with the toothpick. Follow with a black olive, then a lettuce square, another olive and tomato.

Arrange the finished B.O.L.T.s on a serving plate or insert skewers into a block of cheese for a fun party table centerpiece.
