3 cured meats: Prosciutto, Aged Salami, Dry Cured Chorizo
3 cheeses: 1 soft cheese (ex. Humboldt Fog), 1 dry hard cheese (ex. Parmesan), and 1 semi firm cheese (ex. Petite Basque)
Fresh Figs, sliced
Toothpicks, for serving
