Sweet & Spicy Baked Feta & Olives

An easy Mediterranean-inspired dish that delivers big flavor with minimal effort. Creamy baked feta and Pearls Specialties Greek Medley Olives make for a warm, savory dish perfect for entertaining, holiday gatherings, or quick weeknight snacking.

Ingredients

1 (8oz) block feta cheese

1 jar Pearls Specialties Greek Medley Olives, whole and sliced

½ cup chopped dates

¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes in oil

¼ cup sundried tomato oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For serving: crackers or crostinis

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the feta block in the baking dish, then add remaining ingredients. Gently toss and push ingredients around the edges of the feta.
  3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing the olives and dates half way through to avoid burning.
  4. When finished, feta cheese should be soft and spreadable. If desired, drizzle more honey & an extra sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  5. Serve with crostinis or crackers.
