Ingredients
2 (15oz) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
⅓ cup tahini
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 cup Pearl Specialties Kalamata Olives
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Kalamata olives, for garnish
Olive oil, for garnish
Carrots, cucumbers and crackers, for serving
Cooking Instructions
- Place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, Kalamata olives, and seasonings in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spread in a shallow bowl, or serve in a bento box, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley and olives.
- Serve alongside veggies and crackers.
