Olive and Ricotta Flatbread

Combine Pearls Ripe Olives and ricotta cheese to create these nearly effortless flatbreads for entertaining at any time of the year. A drizzle of hot honey gives it an extra zing or substitute for honey if you prefer no heat.

Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup ricotta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 can of large Pearls Olives, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Zest from 1 from one lemon
- 2 tbsp hot honey
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat your oven to 425°F
2. Lay flatbreads on a flat surface and lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
3. In a bowl, combine the ricotta with garlic, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over both flatbreads.
5. Add the sliced Pearls Olives on top
6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges of the flatbreads are crisp and the ricotta is warmed through.
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle each flatbread with hot honey, as well as sprinkle with rosemary
8. Slice and serve warm.
