Pearls Festive Pinwheels Tree

This easy pinwheel recipe is filled with Pearls Ripe Olives, red peppers, and a few other simple ingredients. It’s sure to add flavor and fun to your holiday table.

Ingredients
- 4 large spinach tortillas
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (6 ounce) can Pearls Ripe Olives, drained and chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix until creamy. Stir in the chopped Pearls Ripe Olives, bell pepper, green onions, and cheese.
- Spread ¼ of the mixture on top of one of the tortillas. Tightly roll up and then wrap in plastic wrap. Continue with the remaining ingredients. Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Cut off the ends of each roll and then slice into 1 inch rounds. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter in a tree shape. Optional, top with a cheese star. Serve and enjoy!
