Ingredients
- 1 French Bread, cut horizontally and sliced into pieces or individual
- French Deli Rolls, cut horizontally
- Marinara or pizza sauce
- Pesto
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella or Mexican Blend cheese
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Pearls Ripe Olives
- Pearls Sliced Ripe Black Olives
- Pearls Specialties Castelvetrano Olives
- Pepperoni
- Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
- Fresh mozzarella cheese balls, cut in half
- Sundried tomatoes
- Sliced red onions or other toppings of choice
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lay the French Bread pieces cut side up on a large parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Top each piece with marinara, pizza sauce or pesto and add a generous amount of grated cheese.
- Top the pizzas with your choice of toppings; be sure to use your favorite Pearls olives, for briny delicious goodness.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Turn the oven to broil and move the pan to the top rack of the oven. Broil until the cheese starts to bubble and turn lightly golden, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
