Muffuletta Pull-Apart Sliders

These Muffuletta Pull Apart Sliders are loaded with layers of Italian meats, melty provolone, and a bold olive spread that brings every bite to life. A mix of Specialties Garlic Stuffed, and Kalamata olives adds a savory punch that gives these easy baked sliders their signature flavor.

Ingredients

¾ cup Pearls Specialties Garlic Stuffed Olives

½ cup Pearls Specialties Kalamata Olives

½ cup giardiniera

¼ cup pepperoncini

1 Tablespoon capers

¼ cup fresh parsley

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 12oz package sweet Hawaiian rolls

8 slices of provolone cheese

4 oz salami

4oz mortadella

4 oz capicola

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse together garlic stuffed olives, kalamata olives, giardiniera, pepperoncini, capers, parsley, and olive oil.
  3. Spray a 9 x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray. Carefully slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the baking dish.
  4. Spread the olive mixture evenly over the bottom rolls. Top with an even layer of cheese, salami, mortadella, and capicola. Place the other half of the rolls on top.
  5. In a microwave safe container, melt ¼ cup of butter. Stir in 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the top of all the rolls.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
