Naan Pizza Three Ways

With premade naan, any pizza is possible! Whip these up for game day appetizers, weekend snacks, or weeknight meals for the whole family.

Ingredients

Meat Lovers:

  • 1 premade naan (3 ounces)
  • 3 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
  • Handful pepperoni slices
  • Handful Pearls Specialties Martini with Vermouth Pimento Stuffed Queen Olives, sliced

Buffalo Chicken:

  • 1 premade naan (3 ounces)
  • 3 Tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken (such as rotisserie chicken)
  • Handful Pearls Specialties Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, sliced

Hummus Pizza:

  • 1 premade naan (3 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 Tablespoons crumbled feta
  • Handful Pearls or Early California Black Ripe Olives, sliced in half lengthwise
  • Handful basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

Position a rack on the bottom third of the oven and preheat to 500°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

Meat Lovers:

  1. Top the naan with tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, and olives.
  2. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Buffalo Chicken:

  1. Top the naan with buffalo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, and olives.
  2. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Hummus Pizza:

  1. Top the naan with hummus, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, feta, and olives.
  2. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the pizzas until the crusts are crisp and the cheese is golden and bubbly, 8-12 minutes. Remove the pizzas to a cutting board. Top the hummus pizza with the basil. Slice and serve.
