A unique, delicate riff on a Sour cocktail. Tart, nutty, floral—yet dry with a mouth watering finish. This cocktail is equally as delicious, served up in a martini glass.
- 2 Pearls or Early California Pimiento Stuffed Olives, plus 1 additional for garnish
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- 1.5 teaspoons creme de violette
- 1.5 teaspoons amaretto
- 1 tablespoon Gran Classico
- 3 tablespoons Pimms No. 1
- Combine all ingredients to cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously, double strain into over fresh ice into big rocks glass.
- Garnish with one olive.
