Spicy Pepperoni Bread

Spicy Pepperoni Bread is a all-time family fan favorite. Specialties Garlic/Jalapeño Stuffed Olives add even more flavor and spice to make it their new favorite recipe.

Ingredients

  • Premade pizza dough roll
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Salami slices
  • Thin-sliced provolone
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • Pearls Specialties Garlic/Jalapeño Olives
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Parmesan
  • Hot honey
  • Marinara for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll out the pizza dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and red pepper flakes together. Brush it onto the dough sheet.
  3. Add pepperoni slices in one row at the top of the sheet. Then underneath, add a layer of provolone. Then salami. Then another provolone. And lastly another pepperoni.
  4. Sprinkle on some pickled jalapeños. Slice the garlic/jalapeño olives and add those on top.
  5. Roll up the dough into a log, making sure everything is tucked inside.
  6. In the same bowl as the butter, whisk the egg and the water together. If there aren’t enough of the spices left, add more of them all. Brush the egg wash over top the log.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and dough is cooked through.
  8. Grate some parmesan on top of the log and once slightly cooled, slice into 1” pieces.
  9. Drizzle with some hot honey and serve with a warmed bowl of marinara sauce to dip.
