Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka (optional)

3 oz tomato juice

0.5 oz Pearls Specialties Garlic-Stuffed Olives olive brine

0.33 oz fresh lemon juice

2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1–2 dashes hot sauce

Freshly cracked black pepper

Dash of sea salt

Skewers: A grilled lemon wheel, a marinated mozzarella pearl, three Pearls Specialties Garlic-Stuffed Olives, a roasted cherry tomato, and celery

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add vodka (if using), tomato juice, olive brine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, black pepper, and sea salt to a shaker filled with ice.
