Entertain your guests with this easy to pull together Butter Board featuring flavored butters and your favorite Mediterranean-Grown Pearls Specialties olives. Add bread of choice and dip in!

Ingredients
Garlic & Herb Olive Butter
- 1bunch parsley
- 1bunch dill
- 1sprig thyme
- 1/2c @pearls_olives Specialities Garlic Stuffed Olives
- 1ea lemon zest
- 1lbs butter, unsalted and softened
Chile Butter
- 1tb shallots
- 1tb Calabrian chile paste
- 1tsp Mediterranean oregano
- 1tb Dijon mustard
- 1lbs butter, unsalted and softened
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare all of your mise en place for each of the compound butters.
- Bring the butter to room temperature, we prefer to leave it on the kitchen counter overnight.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until homogenous and fully combined.
- On a large clean board or surface spread each of the butters to create an aesthetic design.
- Arrange Pearls Specialities olives on top of the butter (Martini Vermouth, Garlic Stuffed, and Mediterranean Medley.)
- Top with your choice of additional garnishes (walnuts, crispy onions, dill, lemon zest, flakey salt).
